Center for African Area Studies [CAAS] in Kyoto University facilitates Japan-Africa Scholars Network [JASNET] to encourage the network between the Africa Alumni of Kyoto University and scholars in Kyoto University who study in Africa. CAAS has just opened Kyoto University liaison office in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, on 21st February 2018.
